The Facts

• Age: Almost anyone can skydive however you will need parental consent if you are under 18 yrs.
• Weights: If you are over 95 kg conditions and surcharge may apply.
• Fear of Heights: If you have no problem with flying, you will not have a problem with Skydiving.
• Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes like a t-shirt, shorts and most importantly shoes/trainers. No jewellery or bracelets, If you have long hair, then please tie it into a bun.
• Duration: It usually takes 2-3 hours from start to finish. But weather and logistics sometimes ask for more flexibility. We will always try to make it as convenient as possible for you.
• Operational Days: We operate 7 days a week from sunrise till sunset. Weather Permitting. When there is a lot of wind, rain or a thick layer of low hanging clouds we might have to cancel/delay the jump. In this case we will reschedule or refund the jump.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled within 48 hours by the customer there is no refund. If Skydive Fiji cancels, then the Skydive will be rescheduled or a refund given.

Weather:

• All of our flights are subject to weather availability. If we have to cancel due to weather then we will endeavour to re-book the customers at another time that is convenient or in the case where this is not availability then a full refund will be given.

Video Waiver

• Camera Flyers/Tandem Masters are filming in extreme conditions and there is an element of the "Luck of the prevailing conditions" that may occur from time to time. Issues of tandem passenger movement, focus, framing, moisture/condensation and vibration may result in videos and photos variable quality. Mechanical devices are susceptible to failure, which could result in loss of footage by no fault of the operator. Video and photo content will differ from passenger to passenger.
• The original footage and photos remain the property of Skydive Fiji to use in any promotions or other activity for the copyrighted period of 2 years.
  Thereafter the same rights will be assumed unless a written statement from the subject is received indicating otherwise. Should a written statement be received and promotions or other activity still currently in use shall not be affected. Should there be a video camera failure, those instances will be addressed on an individual basis. There is no refund whatsoever for the tandem skydive.
